Our two-bedroom suite was super spacious, perfect for the family. The kids loved the pool and room service was top-notch! The staff were friendly and the kitchen was a lifesaver for meals. Overall, a great stay. 😊

Quiet nights disrupted by the busy freeway noise.

missingWrote a review on 04 Novconvenient layoutpool accessdated facilities
Convenient room layout for unpacking and loading with easy access to pool.
The suite had non-functional TV, fireplace, and spa. uncomfortable second bedroom bed forced one family member to resort to an air mattress. The linens were stained and dirty, noise from nearby smoking area and reception was frequent, and overall dated appearance indicated a lack of maintenance and investment, with original carpets and several broken fixtures contributing to a grungy atmosphere.

Mountain views with a side of woes
The on-site spa was a true delight. it offered a range of relaxing treatments and the mountain views from the terrace were truly breathtaking. At night, the stars were visible like never before.
Unfortunately, the furniture was quite worn out and the room needed a thorough cleaning. The check-in process felt disorganized, and the staff seemed overwhelmed at times.

Two adjoining suites provided ample space and convenience for family gatherings, featuring clean and well-equipped rooms with friendly cleaning staff. However, construction work made navigating the area challenging, and the parking situation was cramped and dark. We were disappointed with the balcony's cleanliness, making it unusable, and had to deal with noisy alarms when cooking. The kitchen's functionality was a plus, but persistent issues overshadowed the positives.

The pool was delightful, providing a fun getaway for my kids after busy days. The front desk staff were cheerful and eager to help, enhancing our overall experience! The kitchen in our suite was fully equipped, and having a balcony with a mountain view made our mornings peaceful and refreshing.
However, the hallway noise sometimes disrupted our relaxation.
